Making A Booking & Deposit - To make a booking please complete the accommodation booking form. At the time of booking a deposit of 30% is payable to secure your booking. Payment should be by cheque made payable to Lurgaboy Adventure Centre.

We will confirm your booking in writing on receipt of the deposit. Please check the details are correct as you may not be able to make alterations at a later date. Deposits are non refundable unless we are able to resell the accommodation at no additional cost to us.


Payment - The balance of the booking must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement date of the booking. For bookings made within 4 weeks of the commencement date the full cost is payable at the time of booking. If payment is not made in full by 4 weeks prior to the booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the  appropriate cancellation charges outlined below.

Prices - Once your booking has been accepted we guarantee there will be no increase to the agreed price unless you amend your booking in any way.


Cancellations Or Alterations By The Client
- If for any reason you have to cancel your booking a cancellation charge will apply as set out below. Cancellations will take effect when written notification is received from the person booking the accommodation.

Notification received before holiday commencement date.
More than 28 days loss of deposit.
28- 15 days 70% of total price.
Less than 15 days 100% of total price.

Cancellations By Us - In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer you the choice of either alternative dates and receiving or paying any price difference or a full and prompt refund.
